where we ship

we currently ship to canadian and us addresses.

order processing

jem aesthetic offers complimentary standard shipping on canadian orders of $200 or more (not including discounts and tax), otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $15 per order. orders will be fulfilled within three days. our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 days for delivery. this timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

after your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

damaged items

if items arrive broken or missing please report within two business days. please ensure you have photographs of broken item.

returns
